Frank Forte Bio

Frank Forte is an accomplished designer, storyboard artist and comic book artist. He has worked in animation for feature films, TV and gaming. Some of the shows Frank has worked on include: The Super Hero Squad Show, Marvel heroes 4D, Lego Hero Factory, Lego Bionicle:The Legend Reborn, HI HI PUFFY AMI YUMI, Re-Animated Pilot (Out of Jimmy’s Head), The Mr. Men Show, Bionicle: The Legend Reborn (DVD-2009), Lego Clutch Powers 4D ride at Legoland and Lego Atlantis. He co-created The Cletus and Floyd Show with Gene McGuckin, a tribute to animation directors Tex Avery, Bob Clampett and Chuck Jones. Robert S. Rhine and Frank Forte created the pilot episode of Sickcom the Animated Series which was sold to Spike and Mike’s Sick and Twisted Festival Of Animation in 2003. Frank is also the publisher at Asylum Press (www.asylumpress.com), an indy graphic novel and comic book publisher. Since its inception in 1999, Frank has written, illustrated and published such comics as, The Vampire Verses, Warlash, Fearless Dawn, Billy Boy, The Cletus and Floyd Show. hey man just got off Threshold boarding for Heo Factory 2012. pretty fun--fightin' robots. trying to do more comics work and working on cartoony feature board samples. getting ready for san diego--how goes the comics work?

What's up dude:} We were just talking about you. I hope all is well, when are those movies comin out on dvd? I'd like to get a hold of em. Everything is going well, USM is ultra busy, I got moved up to In-house board artist on Monday! I'm also doing some comic stuff on the side, which is fun, although I haven't had much time for it lately. What are you up to next? I heard everybody's hiring right now, especially Nick....

congrats on the promotion dude. I just emailed leanne about the possibility of getting in as a revisonist, but she said they were all set. My portfolio is at all the studios, but no biters.

Hey I'm looking for the PDF of Alex Toth's By Design, you know the book I'm talking about? I had it on my desktop and in my usr folder on SHS--also i think Tom perkins had it in his folder--can you look for this for me? it's a great reference for char design--anyway--see if you can find it, if you have time--love to see the comics-thanks

also--what movies? you mean hero factory? some are out already--you hear SHS is on Disney XD in europe?
